Return Policy
Overview
Revive Plunge is committed to providing high-quality products and a smooth purchasing experience. Because many of our products are large freight items, returns and cancellations are subject to the terms outlined below.
By placing an order with Revive Plunge, you agree to the cancellation, return, and refund policies described on this page.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled at any time prior to shipment.
All order cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee to cover non-refundable payment processing and administrative costs.
Once an order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation and will be subject to the return policy outlined below.
Returns
Revive Plunge offers a 30-day return window from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions.
Condition of Returned Products
Returned products must:

be in like-new condition
-
be deemed resalable at Revive Plunge’s discretion
Products must be returned in their original packaging, or in packaging that provides equivalent protection for safe transportation.
If the original packaging is not available, the customer is responsible for properly packaging the product to ensure it is adequately protected during return shipping.
Customers may be required to provide photos of the product and packaging prior to receiving return authorization.
Customers are responsible for any damage that occurs during return shipping. If a returned product is received damaged or not in resalable condition due to inadequate packaging or damage incurred during return transit, Revive Plunge reserves the right to deduct repair costs, refuse the return, or deny a refund up to the full forfeiture of the original purchase price, at Revive Plunge’s discretion.
Revive Plunge reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
This fee covers inspection, handling, repackaging, and administrative costs associated with returned merchandise.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns.
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Revive Plunge.
Customers are also responsible for any damage that occurs during return shipping.
Return Authorization
All returns require prior authorization from Revive Plunge.
Customers must contact Revive Plunge to request return authorization before sending any products back.
Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Refund Processing
Once a returned product has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Approved refunds will typically be processed within 5–10 business days after inspection of the returned product.
Refund amounts will reflect any applicable deductions, including:

shipping costs
-
damage incurred during return shipping

Any additional costs associated with the return
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

used or installed products
-
products not in resalable condition

custom or special-order products
-
replacement parts and accessories

consumable items such as filters
Revive Plunge reserves the right to refuse returns that appear to involve misuse, installation, modification, or handling inconsistent with normal product evaluation.
Damaged or Defective Products
If a product arrives damaged or defective, customers should refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Warranty Policy for instructions on reporting and resolving the issue.
Damage during shipping must be reported promptly in accordance with the timelines outlined in the Shipping Policy.
Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact Revive Plunge to resolve any issues prior to initiating a chargeback with their payment provider.
If a chargeback is initiated for a product that has already been delivered, ownership of the product may revert to Revive Plunge, and Revive Plunge reserves the right to recover the product.
