What is Revive Plunge?

Revive Plunge makes cold plunge tubs, saunas, and contrast therapy systems for home use. Our lineup ranges from portable inflatable cold plunges starting at $2,499 to the all-in-one Luxury Plunge at $9,999, each built with Wi-Fi controls, filtration, and sanitation (excluding the .3HP chiller) included. Whether you're looking for an entry-level setup or a full Fire & Ice sauna + cold plunge setup, we have an option designed around your space and goals.

How does a Revive Plunge cold plunge system work?

Each system uses a chiller, or an integrated cooling coil on the Luxury Plunge, to cool water to your set temperature and hold it there automatically. Most models cool down to 35°F and heat up to 107°F; the Luxury Plunge reaches as low as 23°F. All systems include two-stage filtration and ozone sanitation (no ozone in the .3HP chiller) to keep the water clean between uses. Once your target temp is reached, the compressor shuts off while the water pump continues running to maintain filtration and circulation.

What are the benefits of cold plunging at home?

Regular cold plunging is associated with reduced inflammation, faster muscle recovery, improved energy and mood, stronger immune response, and greater mental clarity and resilience. Many users pair cold plunge sessions with sauna use, alternating heat and cold, to amplify circulation benefits and deepen recovery. How easy is it to set up a Revive Plunge system?

Setup time depends on the system. Inflatable and acrylic cold plunges can be up and running in as little as 15–20 minutes: inflate the tub if applicable, fill, connect the chiller, and you're ready. The Luxury Plunge is an all-in-one unit with no external chiller to configure, and only requires filling and plugging it in. Saunas take a bit longer: our traditional saunas use pre-assembled panels and typically take 3–4 hours with two people, plus a 240V electrical connection. We include setup guidance with every order and our support team is available if you need help.

How much maintenance does a cold plunge tub require?

Revive systems are designed to stay clean with minimal effort. The two-stage filtration (mesh pre-filter + cartridge filter) and built-in ozone sanitation (excluding the .3HP chiller), plus UV in the Luxury Plunge, do most of the work automatically. In practice, you'll want to check and rinse the mesh pre-filter regularly and inspect the cartridge filter periodically. Keeping the system running continuously, rather than turning it off frequently, also helps maintain water quality. With good habits, most users go months between water changes.

What types of saunas does Revive Plunge offer?

We offer two traditional electric saunas: a 2-person model ($5,999) and a 4-person model ($10,499), plus a 4-person version with an integrated covered deck extension ($13,999) ideal for placing a cold plunge right outside the sauna door. Both standard models are available as standalone saunas or as part of our Fire & Ice contrast therapy bundles.

How many people can fit in a Revive Plunge sauna?

Our 2-person sauna seats up to 2 people with two-tier bench seating and reclined backrests. The 4-person sauna accommodates up to 4 people with a two-tier L-shaped bench layout. Both are built from Hemlock wood with a natural oil finish.

How hot do Revive Plunge saunas get?

Both of our traditional saunas reach up to 194°F, a full traditional sauna experience. The 2-person model uses a 3.5kW Harvia electric heater, while the 4-person model steps up to an 8kW Harvia heater for faster heat-up times (approximately 20–30 minutes). Both models include Wi-Fi remote control (remote temperature control capped at 167°F as a safety precaution), adjustable LED interior lighting, and integrated Bluetooth speakers.

Are Revive Plunge saunas suitable for outdoor use?

Yes. Both the 2-person and 4-person traditional saunas are designed for indoor or outdoor installation. They're built from Hemlock wood with a durable protective coating to shield it from the elements, and come with a roofing kit included for weather protection. The 4-person model with covered deck extension is particularly well-suited for outdoor setups, providing a sheltered space for your cold plunge right alongside the sauna.

How easy is it to install a Revive Plunge sauna?

Our saunas use pre-assembled panels designed for straightforward setup — most installs take 3–4 hours with two people. Both models can be installed indoors or outdoors and include a roofing kit for weather protection. You'll need a dedicated 240V circuit: 30 amp for the 2-person model and 50 amp for the 4-person. Electrical setup should be handled by a licensed electrician.

The Luxury Plunge is our flagship: an all-in-one stainless steel unit with an integrated cooling coil, no external chiller needed, cooling capability down to 23°F, built-in dual filtration, and a tandem sanitation system consisting of both ozone and UV.

Can I purchase a complete cold plunge system from Revive Plunge?

Yes. Every cold plunge we sell comes as a complete system. Inflatable and acrylic models include the tub and external chiller. The Luxury Plunge is fully self-contained. All systems include any necessary operating components, filtration, ozone sanitation (excluding the .3HP chiller), Wi-Fi app control, and insulated covers. There's nothing extra you need to buy to get started.

What is the Revive Plunge Fire & Ice collection?

Fire & Ice is our contrast therapy bundle: a traditional sauna paired with a cold plunge tub in one package. The "fire" is the heat from the sauna, the "ice" is the cold plunge, and alternating between them is one of the most effective recovery protocols you can do at home. Bundles come in multiple configurations: 2-person or 4-person sauna, paired with your choice of inflatable, acrylic, barrel, pod, or Luxury plunge. Bundling saves you money compared to buying each piece separately.

What are the benefits of Fire & Ice therapy?

Alternating between heat and cold has been shown to improve circulation, reduce muscle soreness, accelerate recovery, and boost mental clarity and relaxation. The heat from the sauna dilates blood vessels and loosens muscles; the cold from the plunge causes them to contract, driving blood flow and flushing out metabolic waste. How many people can use a Fire & Ice system?
